Our Honeymoon in Paris - page 8

Following are the pictures taken on our Honeymoon from July 6 to July 16, 2004,
in more or less chronological order. These are the combined pictures from both Brandy's
and my camera, though we haven't said which is which so there won't be talk of who is
a better photographer. There are more than 200 pictures, so you'd better get started!

The Opera Garnier, or Paris Opera House, which was the inspiration for "The Phantom of the Opera." Brandy managed to find the Rue Charlemagne in our wanderings. We ate at a little Italian restaurant on our way to the Bastille Day party. This is my attempt at taking a picture in the mirror.

The band playing for the crowd at the Place de la Bastille on the night before Bastille Day had the crowd dancing and singing (in French, of course). This column in the Place de la Bastille commemorates the French Revolution. The best picture I could get of the band with my camera at night.

Some of the crowd out for the Bastille Day party at the Place de la Bastille. Brandy waving from the window of our apartment. Not much to see from the outside, but the inside was just right. Brandy with a giant bonsai tree at the Marche de Fleurs (flower market) near Notre Dame.
